WELCOME TO VANUATU
OVERVIEW
Vanuatu is located at the South-western Pacific Ocean which is about 1,750 kilometers east of Australia. The nation comprises approximate 80 islands, with a population of around 320,000. It is a common law country and the official language is English, French and Bislama. Besides, Vanuatu is a member of United Nations and Commonwealth of Nations.
In addition, Vanuatu do not have exchange control, The Government do not impose personal income tax, corporation tax, capital gain tax and estate duty.
DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM (DSP)
The Vanuatu Government has launched a Development Support Program, pursuant to Section 13E of the Vanuatu Citizenship Act [Cap 112] and Citizenship (Development Support Program) Regulation Order No. 215 of 2016 enacted on December 15, 2016.
The program proposed to attract high quality immigrants. All the funds raised will be applied towards strengthening the country’s infrastructure, enhancing public facilities and fostering the economic development.
The program is fully supported by the following departments of Vanuatu Government.
